Helping
people overcome the challenges of new working
practices in an electronic world and how this
can be achieved whilst also working with a
virtual and/or remote team or when working with
diverse groups is the objective of this Cluster
of TAKE90's
Feedback from participants on our training
programme sessions is that often new technology
is 'foisted' on them with little explanantion of
why and more importantly how it works and how it
will make a difference in replacing what had
previously existed.
The speed with which we all need to adapt to new
working practices and methodologies has excited
the early adapters, those with a thirst for new
tools, toys and technologies. The rest of us
watch in total awe (and fear!) as these people
engage in new ways of working and often in a
totally foreign language!
Most would argue that they are in a period of
transition, trying to let go of the 'old way'
and approach the 'new way', often reproducing
what they have already done, so that everyone
can still work alongside them.
This Cluster is designed to help you be
productive, efficient and less stressed whilst
addressing the shifting paradigms of work.
