Any successful change programme must begin with the people in an organisation. It is the individuals who remain the critical factor if a company is to effectively manage change.There needs to be a clear consistent message delivered, signalling the new ways of working. This must clarify each individual’s role and their contribution to the overall business strategy. TMI’s Managing Change Programme focuses on the organisation’s people as the key to unlocking a successful change programme.
